Every home is different, so we don't quote flat rates. Pricing depends on the size of the space, its current condition, and how often you'd like us to clean.

First-time cleanings are priced higher. Homes that haven't had a professional clean before require significantly more time and effort to bring up to standard — we're not just maintaining, we're restoring.

Recurring customers (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) receive a discounted rate because maintaining a clean home is much faster than deep-cleaning one.

Our process: submit a quote request, we schedule a quick walk-through inspection, we agree on a price together — and if you're happy with it, we can clean the same day.

Yes — eco-friendly cleaning is available upon request. We use non-toxic, biodegradable, low-VOC products that are safe for children, pets, and people with sensitivities.
We're 100% local and family-owned. Silva & Sons was founded in 2004 and is based in Uxbridge, MA. We are not affiliated with any national cleaning franchise — you're hiring people from your own community.
